Happy Texas State Parks Month!
We teamed up with the crew at Whole Earth Provisions Co. to help support their amazing annual program to raise money for the Texas State Parks system.
Thirteen years ago when our Parks were facing budget cuts and even the threat of some Park closures, Whole Earth created April is Texas State Parks Month.
Over the past 13 years, they've raised nearly $300,000 for Texas Parks. These funds have been used to help with day-to-day Park operational expenses, including visitor programs and maintaining Park facilities. The 2023 donations were used to print over a million trail maps!
During the month of April, stop by any Whole Earth location and donate to the park system to receive a variety of prizes in return. If you donate $50 or more you'll get a limited edition 'Texas Parks' collab hat (while supplies last). Check it out below!
